Milton H. Fried, Jr.  Before corporate accounting scandals and securities fraud put individual investor losses into the news, Milton limited his practice to personal injury litigation in Houston, Texas where he had his own firm. His practice for over 30 years has included the successful representation of more than 7,000 injured workers and victims involved in serious personal injury matters, through administrative hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Since then, this same compassion, understanding and experience have been focused in the area of securities arbitration successfully representing hundreds of individuals against brokerage firms across the United States, for the recovery of losses sustained in their individual or retirement accounts because of unsuitable investments.
