(March 15, 2010 - Monday) - Breard was the founder of Breard Associates and Wealth Management in Kirkland, Washington. She was well known throughout the community for her highly visible advertising campaigns to promote her investment services.
Government officials are asking that anyone who invested with Breard should call the FBI at 206-622-0460.
